Digital Signatures eliminate the last remaining barrier to implementing paperless business processes

The CoSign electronic signature solution supports all major applications and file formats (Word, Excel®, Outlook®, PDF, TIFF, AutoCAD, InfoPath and many more).

What are electronic signatures?
Electronic signatures take the concept of traditional paper-based signing and turn it into an electronic "fingerprint"

CoSign® is a non-forgeable, simple-to-use electronic signature solution. It delivers an innovative way to electronically sign documents.

Digital Signature Solutions ::: Overview

CoSign® a standards-based Electronic Signature (Digital Signature) solution that is quick to deploy, offers all the components of a Digital Signature solution - digitally signing documents, files, forms and transactions – while requiring virtually zero-management. Cosign offers the first Digital Signature Appliance.

Based on standard PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) technology, CoSign guarantees signer authenticity, data integrity, and non-repudiation of documents. CoSign eliminates additional overhead expenses typical of other solutions due to its unique centralized approach for generating, storing and managing Private Keys and certificates, built-in integration with an organization's existing User-Management-System and extensive 3rd party application support.

Additional features include, support for graphical signatures, multiple signatures, and high-volume, automated, batch signing of documents.

Benefits

  • Seal documents – Locks documents and data against any changes, including forgery, while maintaining "business as usual" processes. Any changes made to the document are clearly indicated and invalidate the
    signature, thereby protecting against forgery, as each standards-based Electronic Signature (Digital Signature) is uniquely linked to the signer.
  • Standardised signature method – CoSign uses standards-based Electronic Signatures (Digital Signatures) based on PKI technology for signing and validating signatures. By building the CoSign appliance on this standards-based technology recipients may validate signatures without requiring additional software installations.
