KCRC East Rail Construction Adopt Alchemy -
NETsolutions Asia designs and implements Document &
Record Management Tracking System for KCRC’s East Rail contractor.
NECSO-China State-Hip Hing JV (NCHJV) was
awarded two of the major civil construction
contracts for the KCRC’s East Rail extension. The
total value of the contract was over HK$3.3b. The
solution required the design and implementation of a
complete document imaging, archiving and records
management system. This includes all construction
related documents such as Submissions, RFI's, NCF's
and RISC's, CAD and digital photos. Off-site data
replication was also included in the project. |

Charles Monat Associates Ltd Installs Alchemy
- NETsolutions
Asia installs document archive solutions for Hong
Kong's largest, independently owned Life Insurance
Company, The Charles Monat Associates. Over 5,000 client
files were scanned and archived into the document
manager, Alchemy. NETsolutions
provided a Kodak scanner and Alchemy software.
As the initial implementation was such a success
email archiving was also integrated. The Group's
Singapore office also now shares the centralised

Administrators Adopt Imaging Technology

International Administrators (IAL) (an Insurance
company in Hong Kong). This included extensive
capture automation for the Policy, Claims and
Accounts departments. IAL have a Kodak 3509C and
i160 scanner
integrated with Alchemy via NETsolutions Asia's
proven capture methodologies. IAL now plan to roll
our Alchemy around the region to all their
subsidiaries, Blue Cross Insurance. (Success

The company specialises in vehicle
insurance and is a well established Hong
Kong company. The Kodak i280 scanner was
selected to provide the right paper
feeding technology as well as speed. All
documents were scanned in color. The
solution has been well received by
management and users.
