Wallem Ship Management Adopt Email Filing - NETsolutions Asia develops a sophisticated email filing solution for Wallem's GroupWise email system. Every business division within Wallem had their own filing methodologies and the filing interface developed provides a customisable file plan for different groups of users. Captaris Alchemy is used to manage and store each email message and attachments in various databases. Searching is available to end-users via a web browser.

Cunningham Lindsey (Hong Kong) Ltd implement both compliance capture and email filing - As email communication is used more and more in the insurance industry the directors' at Cunningham Lindsay realised they needed to improve their ability to manage email. The company email system was QNAP Post Genie running on Linux. NETsolutions Asia developed the API to provide compliance capture as well as the email filing wizard. Outlook 2000 was installed on every desktop. The filing wizard was integrated with the company's Case Management database which was using a Microsoft SQL server. (Success Story).

Hong Kong Poly Technical University, the HR department integrates Alchemy with Novell GroupWise to allow email messages to be filed and shared amount departmental users.
