and converted to digital (searchable)
files and uploaded to Captaris Alchemy
(Electronic Filing System), records can
be protected and made available for
instant access by staff via a
Windows desktop or Web browser.
Bank staff can now work in a different
location to where the documents are
stored and managed. This will
improve overall processes where senior
officers may reside in Singapore or an
alternative location inside or outside
Hong Kong.
All Account Opening Documents
along with the
signature card can be
managed and share for compliance. In addition, Alchemy can integrate with
Customer / Loans Management Database system.
Microsoft Office
files such as Outlook Emails and Excel spreadsheets can be
managed within Alchemy. Alchemy
support check-in and check-out when
version control is required for offer
letters etc.
Workflow
Where document routing to for approval
is required then Alchemy Workflow
supports this requirement.
Remote
Office Scanning
Where documents need to be collected
from branch offices and managed
centrally Alchemy supports Web Services
allowing documents to be uploaded
